Warrior Verification Terms of Purchase

1. The general website terms of use are incorporated by reference and fully applicable. They can be viewed at http://kindsvater.com/tos.html. Any conflicts between this Agreement and those general terms are to be resolved in favor of these more specific terms.

2. Due to the nature of PayPal transactions, you do not become a client of Brian Kindsvater, Esq, and/or the Law Office of Brian Kindsvater by submitting payment through PayPal, and then information about your verification request.

That is because conflicts of interet and other issues will be evaluated. If for reason your verification request is rejected, you will be provided with a full refund only to the PayPal account from which you originally paid, within 30 days of purchase.

Otherwise, when Mr. Kindsvater and/or the Law Office of Brian Kindsvater responds to you regarding your verification request, then you will be a client only for the specific and limited purposes reference in your claim verification request and response thereto.

No additional legal services are agreed to be provided. No additional legal services are ever orally agreed to. All legal services are always confirmed in writing, whether by mail, email, or fax.

3. The Warrior Verification has a 100% satisfaction, no questions asked guarantee. If you're not satisfied, ask for a refund within 45 days after the PayPal purchase date. You will be provided with a full refund only to the PayPal account from which you originally paid (that is to prevent PayPal scams).

4. This Agreement is entered into in Sacramento, California, and is exclusively construed and interpreted solely per California law, to the exclusion of laws of other jurisdictions. And and all disputes arising out of relating to this Agreement shall be decided by California law and venue will exclusively be within Sacramento County, California. And and all disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

5. Brian Kindsvater is only licensed to practice in the State of California.

6. Legal opinions regarding the applicability of any law other than California law are based strictly on Mr. Kindsvater's best evaluation of that law. For interpretation of laws other than California you are strongly advised and agree to seek competent legal counsel in your jurisdiction. Due to the infinite number of factual situations which may arise, the infinite number of jurisdications and laws that could claim involvement in a situation, and the ever evolving nature of the Internet and Internet law, there is no guarantee, even if a verification is made, that you will not be sued or that your product or service does not violate some law.

7. You will be receiving by mail (or otherwise as you may direct or may be feasible) a personalized and signed letter on law office letterhead regarding your verification request. You will also receive by email a pdf copy of that letter. A page at either WarriorVerified.com or WebsiteVerified.com (only available if a linking badge is used) or this website will also be created containing information about the verification that you can link to and which your customers can review to confirm your verification. No other services are agreed to be provided.

8. Verifications are made as of a certain date and are not continuing in nature.

9. In the event this service is discontinued such as to necessitate the removal of the web page regarding your claim verification, you will be provided at least 30 days notice - by email only using the email address made for your original purchase - that the removal will be made.

10. This Agreement contains the complete and entire understanding and agreement between us and supersedes any previous communications, representations, or agreements, verbal or written, related to the subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement may be amended by Mr. Kindsvater and/or the Law Office of Brian Kindsvater at any time and without notice by posting new terms here at this page.
